Mom: 我的朋友的儿子 ah，中三，在学校交了女朋友，见家长...
Me: 哇这么快?
Mom: 不是 lah，学校见家长!!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I thought it was hilarious. But the ending of this story is that the school actually arranged a meeting with the parents of both parties and told them that if the kids want to continue their BGR, one must leave/transfer out of the school.
Wow. I'm really (unpleasantly) surprised that the school handled it this way. All for preserving their 校风. While I agree that a good 校风 is important, but the way the school management/teachers approach and "solve" this issue speaks volumes about the kind of values and guiding principles of how this school is actually run. Ah well, the public perception of the historical reputation of this school will eventually change anyway.
